My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were basic but reasonably clean, although there was a persistent unpleasant smell. On the bright side, my room had a bath, balcony, hairdryer, and air conditioning, was very clean, quiet, and overlooked the swimming pool, making it a relaxing space to unwind. The service was top-notch, with super friendly and efficient staff who were always ready to help. The location was quiet and residential, outside the bustling touristy area, offering a peaceful atmosphere with a beautiful old castle nearby. The dining experience was average, offering basic food options but nothing exceptional. The facilities were sufficient but nothing extraordinary.

The hotel is situated in a lovely area of Tossa, perfect for walking through the city and to the beach. The rooms were outstanding, although the noise from deliveries outside starting at 5 am was a bit disturbing. The service was a mix of super friendly staff with some not speaking English or German well. The dining options were diverse, with basic food available, and they even prepared a packed lunch for a trip to Barcelona. The location is spacious, with a well-maintained swimming pool, but getting to the buffet area through tables and chairs could be challenging.
